What the narration says, word for word (translated from the Spanish voice-over).

In this video: how to test a big change without risking the month already running.

The hard question in a venue is almost always the same. What if I hire one more person? What if I lower the lunch minimum? What if I change the shifts? Nobody wants to find out the answer on the live schedule. That's what the Ensayo is for. Batuta copies the entire venue, with its staff, their contracts, its shifts, its coverage and its schedules, into a separate space.

Inside, a banner is a constant reminder: none of this touches the real data. You can change whatever you like and regenerate the month as many times as it takes. Then you compare. If the scenario came out better, you apply the changes you want to keep. If not, you discard the whole Ensayo and no trace is left.

Recorded on a demo restaurant: invented names, no real person's data. There is no pilot running yet, so you will not see customer results here.

We're just getting started — and that works in your favor.

Our first customers work directly with the people building Batuta: we configure it with you, tune it to your operation, and your feedback shapes what comes next. We start with a hands-on pilot, and the price — simple, per location — is set together once it has proven its value.
