What the narration says, word for word (translated from the Spanish voice-over).

In this video: how the schedule leaves Batuta for wherever your team already works.

Today, in most venues, the schedule ends up being a photo of a spreadsheet in the WhatsApp group. There's no point fighting that: there's a point in doing it properly.

From each week you can export the grid as an image, ready to send to the group, readable on a phone and without asking anyone to install anything.

And as a spreadsheet too, the format your accountant, your boss and your payroll system already know how to read. The email with each person's shifts and the calendar file still go out on publish as before. This is for everything else.

Want to see this with your own venue's shifts and staff? Write to us at usebatuta.com.

Recorded on a demo restaurant: invented names, no real person's data. There is no pilot running yet, so you will not see customer results here.

We're just getting started — and that works in your favor.

Our first customers work directly with the people building Batuta: we configure it with you, tune it to your operation, and your feedback shapes what comes next. We start with a hands-on pilot, and the price — simple, per location — is set together once it has proven its value.
