What the narration says, word for word (translated from the Spanish voice-over).

In this video: the Dotación, the staff, which is where everything else comes from.

Here are the people you schedule, each with their contract and the period they're active for. If somebody starts in October or leaves in March, the engine knows and won't schedule them outside that range.

Contracts aren't a label: they are that person's rules. How many weekly hours, how many Sundays off a month they're entitled to, and what their normal hour and their overtime hour cost. That cost is what later lets Batuta talk to you in pesos and not only in hours. Without it, reports tell you how much was worked; with it, they tell you what it cost you.

And absences are recorded right here: holidays, sick leave, individual days. The engine treats them as unavailability, so it simply doesn't schedule that person on those days.

Recorded on a demo restaurant: invented names, no real person's data. There is no pilot running yet, so you will not see customer results here.

We're just getting started — and that works in your favor.

Our first customers work directly with the people building Batuta: we configure it with you, tune it to your operation, and your feedback shapes what comes next. We start with a hands-on pilot, and the price — simple, per location — is set together once it has proven its value.
