What the narration says, word for word (translated from the Spanish voice-over).
In this video: how many people the month you just built actually needs.
A schedule that meets every rule can still be carrying capacity nobody uses. Contracted hours that get paid anyway, but that the shifts never manage to fill. Analysing the staffing asks the engine the question directly: what is the smallest roster that covers this entire month, without breaking a rule and without leaving any service below its minimum.
The answer comes in people and in pesos. How much slack there is per week, how many people would cover the month, and the estimated saving if that difference holds. With two warnings Batuta raises on its own. It's an estimate for this month, with this coverage and these absences; another month may differ. And it's an input for deciding, not an instruction: who is needed is known by the operator, not the engine.
