What the narration says, word for word (translated from the Spanish voice-over).
In this video: what the month cost, with the numbers on the table.
At the top, the month at a glance. Utilisation: how many of the hours you're already paying for actually got used. Overtime, priced in pesos. And the gaps: services that ended up below the minimum. With the point of sale connected, the number that really governs appears: labour cost as a percentage of sales. Paying two million in a good month isn't the same as in a bad one.
Further down, Batuta doesn't stop at the diagnosis. It tells you where you're above target and how many shifts are surplus, which is money you're already spending without needing to. All of this comes out of the same month you composed. There's nothing separate to load and no parallel control spreadsheet to maintain.
