What the narration says, word for word (translated from the Spanish voice-over).
In this video: what the team sees. Not the supervisor, the team.
This is Mi Batuta, on a team member's phone. They see their shifts and only theirs: not the schedule of twenty people, not what their colleagues are doing. Each week comes with its own header. Dates on the left, and on the right something almost nobody shows the worker: how many hours they're scheduled for against their contract's cap. And when the venue has time and attendance connected, the real figure appears too: hours actually clocked, next to the scheduled ones. The same truth for both sides.
One important thing: only published weeks exist here. Drafts the supervisor is still moving don't appear, because for the team they don't exist until they're published.
And if they can't make a day, they say so from here. The request reaches the supervisor with the shift and the date, no phone calls or stray WhatsApp messages. The team stops asking when they work. And the supervisor stops answering the same question twenty times.
