What the narration says, word for word (translated from the Spanish voice-over).
In this video: how Batuta checks the schedule against Chilean labour law and shows you exactly what to look at.
With the month composed, Batuta reviews the whole schedule and sums it up in three numbers: errors, warnings and notices. The difference matters. An error is something that cannot be left as it is. A warning might be fine, but somebody has to decide that. Batuta doesn't block the supervisor: it shows them where to look. Findings come grouped by person, not as a loose list of rules. Each card is one worker, with how many things to review. Here, for example: over contract. In the week of November twenty-third this person ends up with forty-three and a half hours against a forty-two hour contract. Half an hour over still gets paid, and it shows up before the week happens, not in the payroll ledger. And here's another: closing and opening back to back. The same person closes one day and opens the next, without the rest between shifts that the law requires. It's one of the easiest things to miss when the month is squared up by hand. None of this has to be hunted down. It recalculates on its own, with every change, while the supervisor builds the month.
