No cookies
This site uses no cookies or persistent identifiers in your browser — that's why you don't see a cookie banner. We measure visits with anonymous, cookieless analytics (PostHog, hosted in the European Union); visitor counts are approximate by design.
Contact form
If you write to us through the form, we store what you give us — name, business, email, and phone if you include it — for a single purpose: replying to you and coordinating the pilot. We never sell or share that data, and we delete it if you ask.
Data in the application
The operational data a customer loads into the application — their team, contracts, shifts, attendance — belongs to the customer and is used exclusively to provide the service: composing, validating, and publishing their schedule. It is shared with third parties only when the customer activates an integration themselves (for example GeoVictoria, Talana, Buk, or Toteat), and only for that integration.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, rectification, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hola@usebatuta.com. We reply within 24 business hours. We work in line with Chile's personal-data protection law (Ley 21.719).

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
